Customer satisfaction is very important to us, because we want you to be confident in buying from kinat.com. Thus, if there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Any item can be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of the original purchase date if the product has not been used/opened. If we have made a mistake, we will also refund the shipping charges. All refunds will be made upon receival of the returned goods.

If you are simply requesting an exchange for an identical product due to damage during shipping, we will send you the new product as soon as we receive the original one. If the item happens to be out of stock, we will proceed with a refund to avoid any inconvenience to you.
