The formula contains two forms of Glucosamine Sulfate for rebuilding and maintaining healthy cartilage. Collagen – Type II is added for its anti-rheumatic properties.
Traditional Indian herb Boswellia, Devil’s Claw, Yucca Root, Feverfew and Sarsaparilla are included for their anti-inflammatory properties. Bromelain is a source of protein-digesting enzyme activity which also assists in reducing inflammation. White willow bark is useful as a natural pain-relieving analgesic. In combination, these ingredients make Joints-First a synergistic and effective formula for the relief of joint pain.

Recommended use or purpose: Acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, relieves joint pain.
Recommended dose: Adults: Begin with 1 capsule per day for a three to four day trial period. If all is well, increase dosage to 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily until desired effects are achieved. Thereafter decrease dosage to a level that maintains desired effect. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily unless on the advice of your health care provider.
